Mandatory student information that is collected includes: students’ name, email address, and student ID number that they will use to clock in and out with. Mandatory information is required to enroll the student into the software. Optional student information that can be input into the software includes: students’ profile picture, address, phone number, date of birth, and gender, as well as guardian and/or emergency contact information including their relationship to the student, address, phone number, and email.

 

Students Personally Identifiable Information can be edited by the student and/or instructor at any time. We may also assist with updating the data if assistance is specifically requested by authorized school personnel, student and/or parent.
