We will not collect, maintain, use, or share Student Personally Identifiable Information beyond that needed for authorized educational/school purposes, or as authorized by the parent/student. We do not create or keep student profiles for non-educational purposes. We will not sell, use, or disclose student information and we will never advertise to students.

We may collect student information that is provided to Us directly for the purposes of using Our Software. Mandatory student information that is collected includes: students’ name, email address, and student ID number that they will use to clock in and out with. Mandatory information is required to enroll the student into the software. Optional student information that can be input into the software includes: students’ profile picture, address, phone number, date of birth, and gender, as well as guardian and/or emergency contact information including their relationship to the student, address, phone number, and email.

Students Personally Identifiable Information can be edited by the student and/or instructor at any time. We may also assist with updating the data if assistance is specifically requested by authorized school personnel, student and/or parent.  

1.3 Usage Information:

We may collect certain information automatically when you visit Our Website or use Our Software. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages you viewed or clicked. We may also collect information about your usage and activity patterns on Our Software platform.

IMUNIFY360 also utilizes an advanced Captcha system and Splash Screen to stop malicious activities.

Our software also runs on CloudLinux OS, which safeguards servers by isolating user file systems and preventing unauthorized access to sensitive information. Additionally, we use SSL Certificates with SHA-2 and 2048-bit encryption to ensure robust data encryption and protection.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the rare case of a data breach, we will immediately notify all schools affected using the primary email address specified in their accounts. It is the responsibility of the schools to contact parents or legal guardians regarding a data breach. For precautionary measures, Belle Academy of Cosmetology has a detailed Incident Response Plan (IRP) that will be put into place if a data breach does occur. All authorized school personnel will receive a copy of the IRP.

Student personal information is retained for no longer than necessary to support authorized school purposes or as authorized by the parent/student. However, please note that We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
